Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  What is a Soul Level Animal Communication® Reading?

A.  I will be connecting with you and your animal for this reading. It is best NOT to share any information about your animal with me prior to our session. The goal in one of these readings is to find the soul level lesson your animal is working with you on.   Animals may use behavior problems, health issues or just their demeanor as a way of teaching you.  ​If the animal is alive, I will do a body mapping of the animal and feel if there is any area in your animal's body that needs attention. Please be advised that if you have medical concerns about your animal, please see a veterinarian for advice. An intuitive session is not meant to prevent, diagnose or treat any medical condition.

Q. I think my pet is dying, can you help?

A. Yes, I can help to bring forth the animals wishes. Please note I am not a medical professional and can only tell you what the animals is telling me. Should you have medical concerns please schedule an appointment with your veterinarian.

Q.  Can I have an animal communication reading if my pet has crossed over?

A. Yes! You can have an animal communication reading with a pet who is alive or one who is deceased.

Q.  How long should I wait to connect with my pet who has passed away?

A. I recommend that people wait a minimum of 1 week, however 2 weeks is better. While I can connect with your pet in less time than that, I find the communication is stronger when we give them some time to adjust to their new state of being. It also allows you some time to grieve, that way when we do connect with your pet, you will be in a better position to fully hear their messages. 

Q. Am I allowed to ask a question during the reading?

A. Yes, depending on the length of your session you will have the opportunity to ask one or more questions.

Q. How do I prepare for the reading?

A. Be sure to have a pen and paper with you so that you may make notes during the reading or if you wish, I can record the session for you if we utilize Zoom. Sometimes the information you receive in a session doesn’t make sense at the time, but will later.  Having notes will help refresh your memory and better understand the information received during your session.

Q. Does my pet need to be present during the reading?​

A. No, your pet does not need to be present.

Q. What information do you need about my animal? Do you need a photograph of my pet?

A. I prefer to not have any information about your animal.

Q. How do I schedule a reading?

A. Please go to the book online page. Once you have selected the day and time you want, please specify in the comments section if you would like a telephone reading or a reading via video conferencing. 

Q. None of the available time slots you offer work with my schedule. What can I do?

A. No problem! Shoot me an email and we will find a day and time that works for both of us. 

Q. What happens on the day of my reading?

A. I will contact you via telephone on the number you provided unless you live outside the US. If you are outside of the United States, then you are to call me or we can utilize video conferencing (skype or zoom). If you have chosen Zoom for your session, I will e-mail you a link to join the session.

Q. What happens during a Soul Level Intuitive Coaching® Session?

A. I will intuitively connect in with your spirit guide team to obtain information that is for your highest and greatest good. I I will obtain what negative belief(s) your guides feel like you are ready to work on. Over the course of six sessions we will work to shift the negative beliefs.

 

 Q. What happens during a spirit guide session?

 A. In a spirit guide session I will connect in with your spirit guides to help you address current issues that are causing you distress or things that you are looking to get answer to. 

 Q. Why are some readings only done over Zoom?

 A. . When doing a family style animal communication session it is easier for me to keep the energies straight while being able to see the people involved in the reading. I do recommend having sessions over zoom for other readings as well since I use my hands a lot to convey certain types of information. Zoom is a better choice for all readings for this reason. 

 Q. What is an Akashic Record session?

 A. The Akash is a  field of infinite possibilities.  You have the ability to receive guidance from the Guardians of the Records regarding all areas of your life. They will always provide information without judgment. You have access to information regarding your past lives, present situations & future possibilities.  All questions asked within the records should be open ended. Open ended questions allow you to receive deeper answers. You can come to the session with specific information that you are looking to obtain or you call allow the Guardians of the records to take you on a journey that is in your highest & greatest good for the day.

 

Additionally, healings can be done within your Akashic Record. Healings can be done to heal & balance your chakras, clear entitles from your being, work with & heal all of your bodies & much more. It is not uncommon for healings to occur during a session.

Refund Policy - If you need to change an appointment please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment. No refunds will be issued for appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
