NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled or missed appointments.  If you fail to show up for your appointment, that appointment is forfeited.

Allison phones clients in the US at the phone number or Skype ID/Zoom registered in the scheduling system. Clients outside the US who do not use SKYPE/ZOOM will be expected to phone Allison at their own cost. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment and to ensure that the contact information listed in the account is correct.
